Our lab is a storefront and is open to customers Tuesday-Sunday 11am-7pm!! But if you aren’t local, you can always mail us in your rolls. If you are local but would prefer a contactless drop-off, we do have a secure drop box which you can read more about here!
Here's how to send your film in
Other film labs may send you a shipping package after you make the order online. With us, we ask that you independently mail us your rolls after placing the order through our website.
At checkout, you’ll come across a “Delivery Methods” Section. This is for us to be able to mail BACK your negatives through USPS. It is not to let us know how you are sending your rolls (we tried to change the text on that page to make it clearer and we can’t edit their template!)
If you do not wish to have us mail the negatives back to you, please select “219 Highland Ave.” as to not be charged for a shipping fee you will not be using.
Pack rolls in their original plastic packs whenever possible, or wrap the rolls in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Ship to us by first class mail, small package rate. USPS no longer accepts any envelope with a lump in it at the letter rate!
Four rolls of 24 exposures weigh about 3.44 ounces with the cans, and a 4x7 (Industry size #000) bubble envelope weighs about 1/3 of an ounce, a bit less for poly envelopes. You will be able to fit four rolls in one of the small bubble mailers if you don't use the cans.
