RESOLUTION
All negatives are scanned using our state-of-the-art Noritsu HS-1800 scanner.
Our Basic Resolution Scan provides you with a resolution of 1536 x 1024 px, ideal for social media posts, phone or tablet screens, and small prints.
Get even clearer scans with double the quality at 3072 x 2048 px with our High Resolution Scan option, ideal for laptop or computer screens, and small or medium prints.
For crystal clear, professional scans that will dazzle on larger screens or any print size, our Super Resolution Scan clocks in at an impressive 6048 x 4011 px.
FILE FORMAT
JPEG is the standard file format for our scans.
Do you want to preserve every detail of your images? Planning on editing/color correcting on Photoshop? We recommend you select the TIFF file format for your scans to save all the data of your photos with no compression.
COLOR CARE
When you select Color Care, our lab technicians override our scanner’s auto correction features and use exact color science and calibration techniques to manually color correct and white balance your image, ensuring that the colors are as true to life and vibrant as possible.
PUSH/PULL
If you shot your film roll at a different ISO/ASA rating than printed on the canister, we offer push/pull services up to two whole stops to ensure that your photos are developed at proper exposure. We do this process by hand, ensuring exact development times and precision chemical temperature.
